I notice you have a little Irish flag on your collar....did you always have this.....and how come you get away with wearing no hat....
Because I am the Chef! Yes,I always wear the Irish flag on the collar. Sometimes I wear a full Irish Collar and I also have jackets with the Walsh crest. I will post some if I can find them. What can I say-------- the chap. I will post some more from this event because everyone seems to like them.
