These  were the antics of Dudley when I went to pick him up at the kennel when I got back from Seattle. He was delighted to get home after a run in the park.

It is funny to watch this little terrier wrestle and fight with all the other animals. The big labs just lie on the floor and let Rosie fight away. The poor thing does not know what it is, except it feels pretty sure it is the boss.

It is a melancholy song about missing someone, very much like the feeling of autumn itself which to me is always a time of reflection and change. There is another version on youtube with Willy Nelson singing 'September Song'.
Again, thank you to all the talented photographers for their submissions. Let's do something again soon. It was only after I made the slide show that I realized that the red type is difficult to see. Will do better next time.
