Ahh, you just have to love Dudley. I was talking with him just the other day and he was so sad because he wasn't going to make it back east to Maine for the holidays to be with his favorite auntie and uncle Terry. My heart just breaks for the Dudster. But then again his master won't spring for the tickee......
Merry Christmas everyone. It was not in the cards for me to get home. Planes, snow, ice and travel backlog all intervened to make our visit impossible. We will be home as soon as we can.
Despite the cold and the miserable conditions there, It is a good time to huddle with our children, and our children's children, enjoy the time together and appreciate the value of each other.
Through thick and thin, good and bad this family has always been as close as can be, even through the miles and years, always there for each other. We all remember the hard times, when all we had was each other. This is a good time to teach this to the next generations.
The most valuable thing on this earth is family, we share blood and bones and cannot be more connected to each other.
Merry Christmas everybody, you are all so very dear to me.
