Now don't any of you lot get any ideas here! I, meaning me, moi, took this photo of Mam. One of the best I have seen of her. Taken by her favorite son of course!!!!! So Be Warned!
As I said, I took this picture and Mam was looking directly at me before I asked her to move her head a little to her left. She had a wonderful smile on her face but I had to move quickly to capture it because Colin came out on the deck at that precise moment.
Well if it's not HRH Queen Eileen....Lovely pic you took there Jim-bob....captures that aloof look that I remember so well as a child if you happened to 'step out of line'...a very serene 'I'm not saying anything now...but wait till I get you home'...yikes... Actually I wasn't there when this pic was taken...but I can see by the whistful look in her distant gaze that she is thinkng...'I wish Audrey was here,I'm lost without her'.....in't that right Mama... Happy birthday little Eileen....you get more gorgeous as the years go by...
I was there and it was me she was looking at, you know how i know it's me she's looking at.....cause she looks at me like that all the time, actually Audrey i DID ask her did she miss Audrey and she said.... Audrey...Audrey who!!and with that do you know what she said to me..she said ...Phyllis, i love you more then life itself... :p hahaha.
HA HA Ha! This is too funny. Really, Mam was thinking about Dudley when I took that photo. We had just finished talking about him so he was still on her mind.
That is, of course the wistful gaze that mam has when she looks at me and thinks......."if only the others had grown up like him"......Lookin' good there Ma.
In actual fact....that look on mam's face is actually to be interpreted as.......'Good jesus...when do I get a break from these pack...I bet now there will be arguments over who took this..and who I'm looking at/thinking of......what did I rear??? Where's my crossword book and pack of harry's so I can go off and forget about them all.....if they'll let me! Jim, Terry Phyllis, Audrey, Brian and Colin......please desist!'

I really don't know who took this picture, but I agree that it is one of the nicest pics of Eileen.
And Happy Birthday again to little Eileen.
I think you did take that picture at my house. See how Mam is looking off to the side with that loving smile and that glint in her eye.
She was looking at me at the time.

Oh all too funny........
I think that was Brian that came out. He looks a lot like me when you are kneeling down.
