Seattle Disaster Update.

It is going to take a while to get this mess cleaned up. The insurance is paying for all the damage but not for the plumbing. That is the good news but the whole mess still has to be dealt with.

Think of it this way........it got you to Seattle, remember you were always saying you were going and never got there, i know it's unfortunate circumstances but it will help you make up your mind what you want to do. you know how that song goes "Will i stay or should i go" Clash sang that one.

Does not look that bad Jim, Some drywall and paint will fix it right up...

Make sure you look at the floor, underlayment and supporting structure, including the foundation. BEFORE closing it up.

I had Contractor Phil look at the pictures. He said that it all needs to be torn down and then he smiled. He then got really serious and said: It can be repaired.
He loves to joke and he would have helped you if he could.
You will get it fixed in no time.
Jill is right: Make sure you have before and after pictures!
