King of the castle!! your dad seemed to stay the same age from when jim was a baby til the day he died r.i.p. He wore his years very well May he rest in peace
I love to see photos of both Mam and Dad in this period of their lives. It seems that all the sacrifices they made throughout the years finally bore some fruit and they were able to enjoy their children and grandchildren. For those of us who were around during the really hard years it is very satisfying to see that endurance and tenacity does pay off and that there is gold at the end of the rainbow.
Of all the Photos of dad and there is a lot, the one that reminds ME of him the most is the one of him sitting on the chair, he always sat at the fire with his legs stretched out.
