Some of the water damage after one of the pipes burst during the big freeze in Seattle. Up to my knees in wet magazines and boxes. The bad news is that the pipe burst. The good news is that the damage could have been much, much worse.

Pipes bursting is one of my biggest worries.

it can be repaired and make sure u get them pipes lagged u can do it yourself its easy..apart from that hope ur well..
