He does not look happy. It might be the tie, it looks like it is half off. Aer Ter is not big on ties, unless it attached to tying a fly.
Oh, and before anyone else claims it. I took that picture.
This was taken during Terry's ' No Smiling ' period of the late fifties and early sixties.
This was accompanied by a period of great silence.

I didn't know about this. The dirty things . How dare they, and other children to boot. The disgrace, the dishonor. Holy Mother Of God. The aul fella must be turning. I'm glad I didn't know I would have called the Parish Priest and had them excommunicated. The cheek !
