Thank yoù all for yoùr nice compliments. And yes, Terry, I do sell my paintings and I woùld like to invite yoù and all the Walsh family for my vernissage at 5 november in the beatifùll city of Siracùsa in Sicily.
We're there Tomie. I was just reading a little thing on what seems to be a la mode in the art world and that is hyper realism. When I saw your painting it reminded me of the article. The name of the artist involved is Darren Baker. He just did a painting of the Queen. Are you familiar with him and was this syle your intention in this piece.
No Jim, I never heard of Darren Baker before. And if you really want to know, there's an italian painter who is really good and for many years I have admired his work; he is one of my favorite artists. I don't copy him bùt to be sincere, I would be very happy if I'd get to paint Just a quarter of what he does. Not only for his style bùt also for the composition of his still life. His name is Luciano Ventrone.

Wow! This is beautiful. Tomia, do you sell your work?
The more I look at this painting the more fantastic it becomes.
Absolutely brilliant, looks like a photograph.
