President Sadat's wife came to Pittsburgh and stayed in the hotel while I was working there. Someone told her that I had worked in Egypt . She used to eat in the restaurant in the Meridien in Cairo while I was there. She asked me to come and meet her. We met a few times over the few days she was staying in Pittsburgh and she sent me this photo when she left.
