I remember the little brownie camera that this photo was taken with and if I remember well it was a man going around taking photos and selling them to whoever wanted to buy them. There was a lot of talk about whether or not we could afford it but it was taken in the end. That is the way I remember it. Mam may have a different recollection.
We must have been around 4 and 2 here maybe.
