Let's see now: We have some peppers and onions. We should have some bread. Now what could we put with that. Dare I say it.......... On the serious side you have the making of a pepper and onions type of ratatouille that would go well with either a roast pork loin or a couple of pork chops roasted with rosemary and garlic. If you have a zucchini then throw it in with the peppers to give them a crunch. I would also roast some of those small peppers with the pork ( or chicken ) to give it a boost.
I fire roasted the peppers on the grill outside (in the rain like a tick). Cooked Sausage and Onions, and made Sausage sambos.. my Fav, Topped them with the roasted peppers. HOWEVER..... The peppers were Poblano peppers. not real hot.... but hot enough, Joanne and I had monkey-lips by the time we finished them...
I also had a pasta salad with Feta cheese and Basil..
I think that next summer we should have a garden exibition on the blog. I think that would be nice. Everyone who has a garden or is a gardener would send in a couple of nice shots of their garden and we would do a little show. I would love to see some creative gardening be it flowers or vegetables.

Ohh... I am really impressed. Plus it gives me motivation for next year. They are lovely vegetables.
