I love this shot of Mick and Phyllis. This was around the time they used to sit in his car outside the house and eat chicken. We know they were eating chicken because next morning there were chicken bones all around where the car used to be. This was also the end of Phyllis's teenage years I think. Mick used to come up to the house very often and there were sing songs galore. I missed most of them because I was away as usual but I remember how the children loved Mick. He always had time for each and every one of them and always seemed to be in good mood. He had no pretensions and he was a real Dubliner. The children loved that.

That's such a beautiful picture Jim you done there, so clear, the way their looking at each other is so natural, catches the moment.
