The hydraulics on this plane failed just after take off so there was no control on the rudder or ailerons. The wheels didn't retract so there was a huge drag. The plane had to be maneuvered by engine power to land. That explains the wobbling in the air. This could have been a huge catastrophe and only the pilot's skill prevented a crash.
I had a very similar experience.. I was driving along with my arm out the window, and texting, steering with my knee. A cigarette ash blew off my smoke into my eye.. It was very dangerous, only one eye to finish the text, and no eyes to look at the road, there was terrible drag from the arm out the window and an awful fear and anxiety about a second ash. Thankfully the message went through and tragedy was avoided. Of course, nobody there to film it.
Now don't tell me if you'd been on that plane flapping around like that that you wouldn't have started telling your tale with...'Jaysus!!!!! we nearly crashed'.. Colin stop smoking with your arm out the window while you're texting on the phone while you're driving your car unless you have someone filming it..
