This is a great photo of the East Nile Dentist fish.
this is a sturgeon (streptococcal tonsillitis)....not to be confused with the dentist fish (molar incises canineus).....or the lesser known stinky fish (Halitosis nonbrushus)treating his last patient the Nile crocodile (fishisdelicious)
